«KARPATNAFTOCHIM» Ltd received the reward «The best Employer of the Year»

On the eve of Entrepreneur Day in Ivano-Frankivsk was held the Awarding Ceremony of winners of regional survey-competition for the title «The best Employer of the Year» as for results of the activity in the year 2020. In this solemn event also participated the Head of Ivano-Frankivsk State Administration Svitlana Onyshchuk.

Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Social-Economic Council acknowledged as a winner in the nomination «Industry» the enterprise «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» Ltd., (General Director Ivan Mykhailovich Pidsadyuk), whom was awarded a title «The best employer of the year».

«KARPATNAFTOCHIM» Ltd favors to the development of the region and the state, pays the taxes and is a responsible employer in respect to society. The enterprise conducts business honestly and openly, provides job for more than 2500 persons. Due to the development and investment policy it creates new working places, provides official employment, stable salaries payment with all social guaranties as well as proper labor protection conditions. Workers have regular medical examinations, voluntary health insurance and disability insurance, receive curative-preventive nutrition, are provided with transport service and have other social support.

The enterprise communicates actively with pupils, students and graduates. Within the programs « Young Chemist » and « PERSPECTIVE» employees of «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» constantly exchange the experience, knowledge and current skills with students-trainees. The most capable and gifted among them with the time also become a part of KNC team. The enterprise makes also financing of study at high schools and proposes a wide choice of corporative training programs, English language courses, on-line studies and a possibility for career progression.

In spite of Covid-19 and quarantine limitations, «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» continued to work in a normal mode of operation. Surely the safety of personnel is a priority for the enterprise. The workers are constantly provided with protection means: antiseptics, disinfectors, masks and gloves; there are allotted additional buses, is given financial support to workers in case of their illness or their relatives’ illness and is being organized the vaccination. The enterprise continues further to fulfill all safety measures and preventions against virus spreading.

At the Awarding Ceremony the reward «The best Employer of the Year» and Certificate of Appreciation from Ivano-Frankivsk regional  tripartite Social-Economic Council was received by General Director Deputies of the enterprise Yarema Rudyk and Maria Savka who also participated in the Event.
