At «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» is being realized the project of IP telephone communication system

Form the 3d till the 6th of August a Chief of communication service of «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» Ltd., Andriy Grytsiv stayed in Kyiv and on the base of Certification Centre was trained on course Grandstream Solutions Grandstream Certified Specialist.

The correspondent of «NK» asked Andriy Yaroslavovych about the target of this training and whether gained knowledge will be used in practice.

– And he informed that currently at «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» Ltd., is started the realization of the project IP telephones implementation. – With this aim 2 IP  Automatic Phone Stations have already been installed in Kyiv and in Kalush and they will be able to work as a single phone network and make the dial of phones among cities  in normal  four-digit numbers, as well as integrate new devices, mobile phones, usual analogue phones, etc.

The above mentioned communication is installed on the equipment of Company Grandstream Networks, Inc, which is a leading elaborator and manufacturer of innovating IP-telephones and products for broadband IP networks.

It’s worth to note that until recently the operators treat with apprehension  the use of IP-phones, having the opinion that such networks have a low level of protection. But today we could for sure tell that IP communication became an integral part of business processes management. This could be explained by the convenience of such communication with high level of encoding and reasonable price of IP communication, compared to the analogue.

For me personally the training course was useful and necessary because now I can exchange the acquired experience with other employees of communication services. Of a great importance was also the fact that it was foreseen by the training that besides of theoretical knowledge gaining there were also practical classes with solutions of various tasks, starting from the engineering till the scenarios of  build up, installation and technical maintenance of IP-communication. Apropos, as the results of training were made the certification exams, which were in English, and I passes them successfully.
