Cooperation with Company Nalco ensures a reliable equipment condition

From 10 to 13 March at «KARPATNAFTOCHIM» Ltd. were specialists of East-European Group of company Nalсo (USA), which is the world’s leader for water and process equipment treatment.

   As was reported to the editorial staff of «NK» by Jury Kurtash, the leading specialist of technical department, within three days Nalсo specialists together with process personnel of production facilities were checking the quality of water treatment in water cycling system of the enterprise as well as the state of technological equipment treated by agents of company Nalсo.
In accordance with a current Contract company Nalco supplies to our enterprise necessary agents for water and equipment treatment. For control and dosing of agents, which protect heat-exchanging equipment from corrosion and deposits formation on its walls, high-technical devices were installed at ethylene, polyethylene, PVC-S, chlorine and caustic soda plants, that track all necessary parameters and automatically inject the agents.

And once per months Nalсo specialists, that are responsible for work of these devices, carry out control and operation check, making appropriate adjustments.
Such service of our plants by the world’s leading company contributes to the reliability of process equipment due to reduce of corrosion influence as well as provides a high water quality in water circulation systems.
